At 10:30 this morning thousands of teachers will strike at Rod Laver Arena and march onto Parliament. They are making a stand and paving the way for my future. For this I am grateful and happy to be involved in such a united workforce.  This also means as a Teacher Candidate I am not allowed to attend my school today. Instead I am writing my resume, applying for jobs, going to the bank and handing my application in to the V.I.T - hey career, you may just start soon.
